Finance Income Manager

Salary - £39,987 - £42,603 plus benefits including a defined benefits pension scheme

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will have overall responsibility for implementing our credit control strategy. You will work with a small team comprising the Rent Accounting Finance Officer and the Leasehold Finance Officer with a focus on the efficient collection and processing of all imcome.

You will be fully AAT qualified or have ACCA Intermediate or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 3 years experience of Credit Control and Financial Management.

You must have the ability to lead and inspire a small team of dedicated staff to achieve excellent results and customer service. A strong team player and communicator, you will be part of a team of Senior Finance Managers within THCH involved in major operational and technological change in the next few years.
