THCH's Corporate Plan - 2009/12
Previous Corporate Plans played an important part in helping THCH deliver the promises made to tenants at the point of transfer. We are delighted to say that we have delivered those promises and made considerable achievements along the way.
We intend to improve the quality of life for all who live in our communities and to raise the standards on which our performance is based.
The Corporate Plan provides the detailed targets and goals as agreed by the Board of THCH. Every member of staff has a role to play in delivering excellent services and the Senior Management Team will support and develop them to ensure these targets are met.
