Built at a cost in excess of £1.75million, a total of 16 houses and flats for rent were completed in early September 2006. Located on the Minerva Estate in Bethnal Green, the flats continue the ancient Greek theme on the Estate and will be known as Juno House with the houses located in Poyser Street.
The flats were let through the Choice Based Lettings Policy, with advertising taking place in May. The houses were pre-allocated to overcrowded THCH families via our overcrowding policy – for more information on this policy, click here
