Handed over in October 2006 our new development of 38 one and two bed mixed tenure apartments provides much needed social housing for residents of Tower Hamlets.
The development is a ‘car free zone’ but offers resident’s good communication links due the close proximity to Shadwell Underground and DLR stations and Whitechapel station. The City and West End are also within easy reach by bus, with stops a short walk along from the development.
All apartments are finished to a high standard, with balconies to all properties and come complete with a modern fitted kitchen.
Incorporated into the development is THCH's new head offices, taking up the whole of the ground floor.
