Why you might want training?
This depends on how much you want to get involved, how much time and commitment you have and whether you would like to commit yourself to become a future resident director.
What do we offer?
Throughout the year we will provide and advertise numerous training courses on a wide varity of subjects. Most courses are advertised in Update, our monthly resident newsletter. We also fund 2 residents a year to take part in a 12 month (1 day per week) Chartered Institute of Housing ‘Tenant Participation and Neighbourhood Renewal Course’ at Lewisham College. (Spaces on this course are limited and residents will be interviewed prior to us paying course fees).
