Getting a home with THCH
THCH wishes to ensure that its housing stock is used effectively to meet the housing needs of residents of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. In particular, THCH wishes to ensure that accommodation is allocated to those in greatest need, whilst facilitating mobility for existing THCH tenants.
THCH works with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to assess local housing needs, and to determine how these can best be met. THCH assists the Council in fulfilling its statutory duties to secure accommodation for people in housing need and therefore we do not have our own waiting lists to be rehoused by THCH.
