This constitution is for agreement between the Leaseholder Steering Group (LSG) and the Board of THCH (Tower Hamlets Community Housing). The LSG has been established in order to represent the interests of leaseholders on all the estates of the THCH. In recognition of the value THCH places on resident participation the LSG will be serviced by a nominated officer from THCH, who will provide agendas, minutes, invitations and arrange meeting accommodation hire. The nominated officer will also be responsible for the distribution of relevant information to leaseholders together with other papers suggested by the LSG.
