Safety checks underway
By law, THCH must carry out an annual gas safety check on all tenanted homes. Our contractor, K & T Heating Services, will write to you 8 weeks before your current certificate expires to advise when they will call.
Please ensure someone is home as it is a legal requirement that all gas appliances in your home are checked.
If you are unable to make the allocated appointment, you should immediately call K & T Heating on 020 8269 4500.
THCH will take legal action against any tenant who refuses to allow a gas safety test to be carried out.
Although THCH cannot undertake gas safety checks, K & T Heating will be happy to do so for a charge. Leaseholders hsould call K & T Heating for further details.
